At Blue Sky Outdoor Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor oasis. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger patio furniture sets.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
